Elementary & Middle School
I will work first with parents and then students to help develop tactics for study at home. If there are specific issues that are arising at school, we can work on ways to find moments of pause and reset to return to the classroom and work in a functional way.

I have served in many classroom settings as a substitute for General Education and Special Education Settings. This can serve as general advice on mindfulness and organization for your kiddos if you are seeking a bit of guidance.

Highschool
Highschool is an incredibly stressful time. We are trying to manage familial responsibility, academic expectations, extracurriculars, and for many seniors and juniors figuring out what comes next. It can be incredibly overwhelming to find balance and stay organized.

My role is to provide tips and strategies to manage the tasks on one's plate and to assist with building a motivated mindset and finding a purpose when things feel "pointless and tiring."

I can not give you all the answers, but I can help you map out how to find what answers are right for you. Overwhelmed by application deadlines? Where to turn in your transcripts? How to contend with the transition to living away from home? How to manage a full class schedule with dramatically different assignment schedules and expectations? Need someone to just tell you to breathe and take things one step at a time?
